Portal

The portal generated by Source2VALUE™ provides you with insight into the quality, size, and functioning of the analyzed application. This relates to, among others, source code, workflow definitions, menu structures, and batch-job definitions.
When you launch the Source2VALUE™ portal, you can choose the application analysis you wish to view. If several versions have been analyzed, you can choose the versions you wish to compare.
 

The Source2VALUE™ portal provides you with the following functional approaches for viewing the analysis results:

• Dashboard - for insight into the metrics for software quality and size
• Trend analysis - for insight into the development of the metrics for software quality and size
• Design viewer - for insight into the structure and functioning of the application
• Source viewer - for insight into the application source code
• Cross-reference viewer - for insight into the relationships between the different application components
• Workflow viewer - for insight into the application workflow
• Difference viewer - for insight into the specific differences in the application

When launched, the portal always opens the Dashboard at an application level. You can navigate further through the structure of the sub-systems.

Use Case Editor

With Use Case Editor (UCE), you can quickly reproduce the functional working of the application based on your implementation. The functionality is described in UML Use Cases. You can also extract the company rules from the existing implementation with the UCE. The UCE can be repeatedly implemented, which means that you are guaranteed that the functional adaptations are up-to-date.
